By making a contribution, you confirm that:
 

• You are contributing your own funds, and no one is reimbursing you.

• You are legally permitted to make this contribution.

• The contribution is not being made from the funds of a corporation.

• Your contribution does not exceed Kentucky’s applicable contribution limit.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
   

Kentucky currently limits contributions to a candidate to $2,200 per person, per election. Contributions from a husband and wife must be made separately or clearly attributed to each person. Cash contributions may not exceed $200 per person, per election.

Campaign contributions are not tax-deductible. Kentucky law may require the campaign to collect and publicly report information about contributors, including name, address, employer and occupation.
